Birgunj Institute of Technology (BIT) is an Engineering College situated in the heart of Parsa, Birgunj. This institute is affiliated with the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) of the Government of Nepal.
Since its inception, the institution has been able to produce efficient and highly skilled resources at the sub engineer level. The graduates of the college have been serving in Nepal and abroad since 2003, demonstrating the highest standard of technical skills and knowledge they acquired at BIT.
Our college is dedicated to providing students with a comprehensive education that prepares them for success in their chosen careers and as responsible citizens.
The main mission of BIT is to educate and prepare qualified technologists/ technocrats/ technicians, who can face the global technological challenges of the business and industry and can contribute towards the construction and development of the country and reduce unemployment.
Its vision is to develop BIT as a national center of excellence for technical education and training at national and international levels.
We aspire to be a premier institution of higher learning, recognized nationally and internationally for our commitment to student success, innovation, and community engagement.
